You will continuously track the performance of these strategic efforts and deliver reporting that enables active oversight within the Supplier Management & Delivery team. You will also build innovative tools that streamline existing reporting processes and encourage creative approaches to analyzing new business challenges. As a Air Supplier Reporting and Performance Management Analyst, you will <ul> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Monitor key strategic suppliers to proactively address market changes and identify revenue opportunities </li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Remain up-to-date on industry trends while evaluating whether industry changes have potential to impact BCD’s business</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Leverage existing reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to analyze data against contract models and assess strategic options</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Conduct analysis on ad hoc market, supplier, or client changes, evaluating their potential impact on performance and revenue</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support team in data analysis for quarterly business reviews</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assist in deal performance analytics and support regional and global supplier proposals for forecasting</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Use supplier, internal, and 3rd-party data to develop interactive reporting that tracks supplier contractual performance, ensuring optimal revenues and earnings rates</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon analytical findings</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Utilize supplier and internal data to increase accuracy of supplier projections for monthly accruals</li> </ul> About you <ul> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Prior experience in the travel industry in an air reporting or performance role related to sales or procurement, airline supplier relations, airline revenue management, or airline consulting</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel paired with solid presentation skills with Powerpoint</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Basic SQL skills would be a plus</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Financial modeling skills</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English as this role will regularly need to present their finding to internal and external stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to travel domestically & internationally </li> </ul> What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
