Tote Management: Organize picked items safely into designated totes or carts, ensuring fragile items are protected and heavy items are placed securely at the bottom.
Pace & Performance: Maintain a consistent, steady pace to meet facility-wide operational metrics, ensuring the outbound packing teams always have a steady flow of inventory.
Safety & Housekeeping: Actively participate in maintaining a clean, obstacle-free environment. Report any spills, damaged racking, or equipment malfunctions immediately to floor leadership.
