Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for * Accurate Data Entry Enter and update product data, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, into our database with precision and attention to detail. * Product Information Management Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information, including images, specifications, and attributes, to maintain high-quality product listings. * Collaboration and Quality Control Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and address quality issues, ensuring seamless product listings and customer experiences. * Compliance and Auditing Monitor product listings for compliance with arenaflex's policies and guidelines, conducting regular audits to identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies. * Ad-hoc Projects and Initiatives Assist with ad-hoc data entry projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need * Data Entry Proficiency Proficiency in data entry and keyboarding skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Organizational and Time Management Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * E-commerce Platform Experience Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing processes (experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus). * Microsoft Excel Skills Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. * Communication Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
