Responsibilities As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service Excellence, you will be responsible for the following key duties * Conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions within arenaflex, ensuring timely placements and meeting staffing needs. * Source and Attract Candidates Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates. * Review Resumes and Applications Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and skills to determine the best fit for our customer service roles. * Conduct Phone Screens and Interviews Assess candidate fit, behavior, and cultural alignment through phone screens and interviews. * Coordinate and Schedule Interviews Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and provide guidance and support as needed. * Collaborate with Hiring Managers Understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide recommendations to ensure successful placements. * Provide Guidance and Support Offer expert advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. * Conduct Reference Checks and Background Screenings Verify candidate credentials, references, and background information as needed. * Extend Job Offers and Negotiate Terms Make job offers, negotiate employment terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
