In this leadership role, you'll be responsible to build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division. As a global leader, you'll have responsibility for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with global operations, and provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division.</div><div></div><div>REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li><div> Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields</div></li><li><div> Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, tec...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline)</div></li><li><div>2+ years of people <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">management/leadership</span> experience</div></li><li><div> Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams</div></li><li><div> Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards</div></li><li><div> Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities</div></li><li><div> Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives</div></li><li><div> Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers</div></li><li><div> Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions</div></li><li><div> Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements</div></li><li><div> Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships</div></li><li><div> Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies</div></li><li><div> Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence</div></li><li><div> Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements</div></li><li><div> Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments</div></li><li><div> Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance</div></li></ul><div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">$103,100.00–$154,700.00.</span><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
