We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Remote Data Input Specialist to join our team. In this role you will input, update and maintain data across systems, ensure accuracy and completeness of entries, and support the organization in maintaining high data integrity.
Remote Data Input Specialist Key Responsibilities:
-Enter, update and maintain records in databases, spreadsheets, and other internal systems.
-Review entered data for errors, duplicates, or missing information; make corrections as needed.
-Collaborate with other departments or teams to verify data accuracy and completeness (for example, check with operations, customer service, or project teams).
-Meet daily/weekly data input targets and adhere to deadlines.
-Use tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or other database
-Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively.
Remote Data Input Specialist Qualifications/Skills:
-High School diploma or equivalent.
-Previous data entry, clerical or administrative experience preferred.
-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to manage time and tasks independently and meet deadlines.
