U.S.-Based Product Tester for Amazon Items (Home Use & Feedback) - Contract to Hire

We are a consumer goods company seeking reliable U.S.-based product testers to evaluate new Amazon products in real-world home environments. This is a part-time, remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on testing and providing detailed insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive physically shipped products (e.g., home gadgets, kitchen tools, health & beauty items) at your verified U.S. address.

Use products in daily life for 7-14 days following provided testing guidelines.

Document experiences through:

✅ Structured online questionnaires (via Upwork Messages)

✅ Photos/videos of product usage (optional but preferred)

✅ Detailed notes on functionality, pros/cons, and improvement suggestions

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Legal U.S. residency with verifiable residential address.

2. Active Amazon account with ≥12-month purchase history.

3. Ability to provide objective, unbiased feedback in clear English.

4. No history of Amazon policy violations (e.g., review manipulation).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in product testing/user research

Basic photo/video documentation abilities

Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
