Guaranteed.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Description</p><ul><li>Educate to grow brand awareness and drive sales in retail floor setting that include, but not limited to Ulta and SalonCentric</li><li>Meet or exceed sales goals provided by the company</li><li>Expert knowledge and presentation of Jolie</li><li>Maintain superior product knowledge</li><li>Build lasting relationships with customers and retailers</li><li>Manage individual calendar and facilitate all scheduling</li><li>Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with store leadership, district managers, regional directors and beauty advisors</li><li>Host and manage weekly in-store events that align with company seasonal activities and brand guidelines</li><li>Ensure brand merchandising and marketing standards are consistently met across all retail doors</li><li>Hourly rate: $25-30 per hour depending on experience and location </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Previous sales experience, preferably in skincare or haircare sales (Ulta or SalonCentric experience is a plus)</li><li>Educational and Presentation skills</li><li>Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve goals</li><li>Passion for beauty and wellness</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment at multiple locations during peak store hours, including weekends</li><li>Highly organized with strong level of accountability, initiative and time management skills</li><li>Must be available 20 hours per week, including 3 weekends per month</li></ul><p><br></p>
