Your Role
- Connect with families via phone and Zoom to discuss life insurance and mortgage protection options
- Advise clients on coverage tailored to their needs and budget
- Build long-term relationships and follow up with existing clients
- Manage your own schedule and grow your client base

- Commission-based compensation with strong first-year earning potential; top performers exceed six figures (we're happy to share specific commission splits and average production during the interview)

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and working independently
- Motivated by both helping others and building a strong career
- Active Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help you through the process)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
