<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote from Europe<br><strong>Reporting to: </strong>Product Manager <strong><br></strong><br>This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role. You'll partner closely with Frontend engineers and designers daily, manage a real backlog with real tradeoffs, and be the connective tissue between the team and the casino vertical stakeholders who depend on it.</p><p>In your first six months, you'll build deep domain knowledge, establish reliable delivery rhythms, and earn trust across the people who matter. After a year, you'll be operating autonomously making most prioritization calls independently and shaping where Core goes next.</p><p><strong>Your mission</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the backlog end-to-end. Discovery, story writing, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery oversight. Maintain a groomed backlog at least two sprints deep at all times, with clear acceptance criteria on every story before it enters a sprint.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Write stories engineers and QA can act on. Clear scope, unambiguous acceptance criteria, no surprises mid-sprint.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with design on lobby and menu UI. Push back when something isn't right. Be the player's advocate in every design conversation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with FE engineering on technical tradeoffs. Understand the constraints, contribute to feasibility discussions, and help the team make good calls under pressure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Proactively surface tradeoffs, share progress, and resolve priority conflicts before they escalate, especially with the casino vertical.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run sprint ceremonies and improve how the team works. Planning, refinement, retrospectives - lead them well and use them to drive continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take initiative beyond the job description. When something is getting in the team's way, fix it - even if it's not strictly your problem.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum 1 year of experience in a product role, with shipped consumer-facing work on high-traffic web or mobile surfaces.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or another regulated or consumer industry strongly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to write well-scoped user stories with clear, actionable acceptance criteria.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong collaboration skills with designers and engineers; comfortable navigating disagreement constructively rather than avoiding it.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery - you've run ceremonies before and know how to make them useful.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal English.
