This is a position responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering custom automation and engineered solutions.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate will bring <strong>5–7+ years of sales experience in custom automation or engineered-to-order solutions</strong>, along with a <strong>technical or engineering background</strong> to effectively engage with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders.</p>

<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and executive leadership</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Collaborate with internal engineering and application teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed revenue targets</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging Life Science technologies.</li>

<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proven track record of closing complex, technical sales opportunities</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience within Life Science related markets</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
<p style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><strong>Preferred </strong></p>

<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience with applications engineering, robotics, automated manufacturing systems, or system integration</li>
<li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes</li>
