Position Overview
Location: Austin, TX (Remote – open to Austin and nearby areas)
Schedule: 6–10 hours per week, flexible hours
Compensation: $500–$800 bi-weekly
Work Type: 100% remote, part-time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll documentation
Coordinate distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials
Maintain accurate payroll and transaction records
Support internal reporting and financial tracking
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and file organization
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Ideal Candidate
Based in or near Austin, TX
Strong attention to detail and time management
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Prior payroll or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
